To the family of Wallace J. Peltier, I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing. Wally was a mentor to me and so many others. He gave me a chance to become a better person and taught me respect. I was proud to serve under his command for many years. He was not only my boss for well over as decade, but a blessed friend. May he suffer no more and share eternity with those he loved the have predeceased him. May his memory stay with the family until they meet again.
